「Great property! Very private yet close enough to town to explore anything you’d like to do in and around Pagosa Springs. House was very clean and well appointed, fenced deck was perfect for our dogs - would definitely stay here again.」

「Location of property was great. Had a beautiful view of the valley from the front porch. House was very clean and the host was very helpful. Had mule deer, 2 fox every night come on the property. The water was shut off for about 4 hrs on our last day due to city making repairs on main line. The only complaint I have is there was no TV in the living area. The TV was located on the second floor and I’m not able to climb stairs. Overall I’m very pleased with the rental of this house. 」

「A very nice cabin with excellent amenities. We were impressed with the attention to detail of everything. We found the cabin to be in very good condition and very COMFORTABLE. From the linens to the kitchen utensils, it was well furnished making for a very enjoyable stay. I would have appreciated a grill, but it was not too inconvenient. 「Pagosa and the cabin were just perfect. Dinners outside enjoying the sunset and hummingbirds. Very quiet and peaceful! Our family enjoyed the pool table and played mahjong on the patio! The cabin was perfect for adult children! We cooked many meals on the grill and the kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed. We will be back! Pagosa has so much to do from golf, to tubing down the river and many great restaurants. Thanks for a great time! 」
