“Los departamentos son pareados y nos tocaron unos huéspedes en el piso de abajo que tuvieron la música prendida hasta las 2:15 am haciendo mucho ruido y la administración cierra a las 22:00 hrs por lo que no hay ningún control. Tina con sarro.,No lo recomiendo ”

“The rates on website was higher than asked to be paid on the desk. The staff cannot speak english so if you cannot speak spanish dont even try Wifi dose not reach the rooms and most communal zones. Breakfast is very pour and if you wont be there very early you wont find clean table, plates, or some food would run out of stock. Overall, the place is not bad to saty, the rooms and the pools are good but for this prices you can get better options around.”

“The location was good, not too far out of town. Room had a nice view of lake Nahuel Huapi. The room was in the owners section of the building. As a result we could hear people talking loudly past midnight the three nights we stayed. I was woken up by people talking again starting at 6am while they set up breakfast. “Hotel muito bonito, porém somente quando cheguei fui informada que minha cabana familia não poderia ser utilizada, dividindo assim meu grupo. Geralmente quando isso acontece é oferecido algo melhor mas nos foi oferecido 2 cabanas onde os chuveiros não eram bons, mas enfim foi tudo bom. A piscina poderia estar mais limpa. A jacuzzi sem condições de uso. Café da manhã muito bom.”

“Hice reserva del loft clásico que dice 1 habitación, para 3 personas y resultó que era un monoambiente. No sé si el error es de hotels, en la cabaña pudieron cambiar a una cabaña diferente pero con una diferencia de precio. Era un regalo. La cabaña fabulosa, todo es hermoso. Pero deben cambiar lo de 1 habitacion a monoambiente, para evitar errores”

“The house that we rented was wonderful, especially the views. And since it was part of the hotel, we were able to use the sauna, pool, and we had access to the hotel restaurant. The kitchen in the house was "semi-equipped." We tried to cook but the pan that the hotel had there was broken and we couldn't use it. The kitchen was the one thing that we didn't like about the house.We tried eating at the El Faro Restaurant but we found the food to be expensive, small portions, and not very good. I……
