"The rooms could use a little updating and the bartenders could be a little more helpful, but overall we had a great time! Large rooms, large balconies, food was good, beach/ocean area was great, and always plenty of chairs!"

"This was our 7th stay at iberostars in jamaica. 8th overall. My past reviews have all been 5 star. This was not. We understand they are recovering from a major hurricane but downgrading us from a king to 2 queens(felt like we were sharing a full all week) is not my idea of a romantic getaway. Our king room ac was not funtional (sheets were damp, room smelled like mildew). We tried havimg them change sheets and fix ac. This did not work. Finally Barrington(thank god for him) got us into a dry room(although small beds). If you advertise you are fully operational and you take our hard earned money(we save all year for this) we expect to get what we paid for. We may try another Iberostar in the future but it probably wont be the grand in jamaica"

"Our first room, you could not see any of the beach in the concierge told us it was a ocean view, but you had to look very hard so they finally moved us and put us in a room with a view that we had to look to the left to see the ocean. Unfortunately, the elevators were having major issues and people were getting stuck."

"Fabulous experience. The staff made everything so nice. Condley, Richie, Kemar and Katy all went above and beyond. Food was great and made everything so easy. The mango drinks were a huge hit with the kids. They handled any logistics we needed. Plenty to do at the property and helped us plan the right level of excursions that we wanted. Nice that the area was not overly touristy. Beautiful home and amazing views. Very pleasantly surprised by Jamaica. It was a special trip and hope to return again one day. Overall a top notch family vacation. "
