里约热内卢的公寓

“Location was great. A block away from the beach. The apartment was ok. It smelled like fresh paint the entire week we were there. There was construction most of the week on the next apartment over, owned by the same person who owns the apartment we had for the week. It sounded like they were doing demolition for 4-5 days. We were never told about the construction before our stay. We never heard an apology for it from the owner. We met the owner one day because she wanted to get a couch……

“Clean and newly renovated room, but lacking essentials. The water in the kitchen and bathroom was barely warm. It was very difficult to figure out how the showers work. We had a cold shower on our first day as the reception was closed at 5 pm, and we didn’t get the promised contact on WhatsApp. We had to ask for wine glasses and a salad bowl but again couldn’t get that on our first day as we had to contact with the receptionist. Pictures on expedia are nicer than the property. Noisy……

“A localização é perfeita, não precisa de carro para praia, mercado, fármacia e restaurantes. O quarto tinha tudo que precisávamos e funcionando perfeitamente. Entretanto, a área externa poderia ser mais limpa, principalmente em torno da piscina. A vista pro mar é ótima, mas a área das cadeiras parecia não ser varrida nunca. O banheiro da suíte poderia ser mais bem conservado, principalmente o box. Pelo preço cobrado, esses detalhes fazem muita diferença.”

“Quarto é muito diferente das fotos, chão sujo de areia da praia, cama muito ruim, banheiro muito pequeno.”

“The size of the apartment is not accurate in the photos shown in the listing. It look way bigger in the photos. The beds are uncomfortable and have old dirty matresses. The bed sheets and pillows are old and passed useful life. Bath room is small and it was not optimal. The kitchen barely fits one person. Overall, for a family with children this is not recommended”

“Quarto limpo bom ar condicionado, equipe de funcionários muito atenciosos, boa localização próximo de mercado e metrô, local tranquilo limpo e organizado saio muito satisfeito com possibilidade de retorno neste local.”

“A piscina é otima! O prédio tem uma estrutura muito boa, com mercadinho e restaurante no térreo. Apartamento bem espaçoso e confortável. Ar condicionado forte e vista bonita. Localização bem segura. Pontos a melhorar: a TV não conecta com a internet, não havia pano de prato para secar a louça, havia pacotes de comida abertos nos armários, e uma calcinha na area de serviço.”
