「Great location with plenty of parking for trucks with UTV trailers. 6 bedrooms with lots of space. Right on the river with a great view. Host was very responsive to a shower issue the they fixed that day. However the cleanliness was sub standard. Fairly dirty floors throughout and all showers had hair leftover from previous guests. Pool/ping pong table broken and outside grill and tools were left dirty.」

「If you are looking for a memorable getaway, away from all of the noise this is place! Beautiful, simple cabin with the most amazing character. A wood stove and its "old time" charm left me feeling like I had gone back in time, to a better time, a simpler time. Beautiful stretch of river, and beautiful property. Thank you for the experience. 「This property had much more to offer than indicated in the descriptions and photos. There were two connected decks on the side and back that each had a lovely seating and eating area. There was also a gas grill available for use. The location was in a quiet neighborhood with wild turkeys and deer roaming freely.」

「We rented the Picabo and The Nest for us and our two adult daughters and we had such an amazing time. The cabins are so well setup with all needed dishes, coffee pots and filters, and even electric stove to plug in if not using wood stove. The bathhouse was so close, clean and well stocked. The river was just a walk down a short path away and the whole experience was hands down one of my favorites. Thank you to the hosts for having such a great place to getaway.」

「This is an adorable cabin in a small rural type neighborhood. The view from the front deck swing was great! It's in a good location to be home base as it is close to lots of hiking trails and Beaver Creek lake for fishing. Our only downside, and certainly not the fault of the owners, was they installed a cabin on the vacant lot next to us on the 3rd day of our stay. Lots of noise on that day. Otherwise, a very quiet and serene place to stay!」
