It was the best hotel we stayed in during our 4 weeks Ecuador trip even though it wasn’t the most expensive place we stayed in. People were friendly and spoke English. We could even walk there from the bus station. The breakfast was exceptional and the spa and fitness are had so much atmosphere. We would definitely stay here again!!

Hotel located within walking distance to town. Staff was great and the food was excellent. We had beautiful views of the Chimborazo. Will definitely stay there on my next visit to Riobamba. Also the spa and pools at hotel were awesome.

Beautiful hotel with great food and service.

Unbelievable hotel with great South American artwork throughout the entire property. There are courtyards, sitting areas, and beautiful architecture and furnishings. The pool and spa are top shelf. The restaurant has amazing food and great service. This is One of the nicest hotels I’ve ever stayed at in South America. Check out the view of Chimborazo from my room! No filter added.

Spilled a bit of bottled water on one of the tables which turned to a water stain. Hotel wanted to charge me $50 to fix. I fought back and they brought the charges down to $30. Really? I removed most of the water stain, but these places know when someone from the US stays in their hotel and try to find ways to exploit you. The problem would have been resolved with some wood cleaning spray if I had any… Stay away from this place!

I keep feeling strange smells in the room. It is like the exhaust gas of a car or generator. The hallway is dark, and I can hear a piano sound from the lobby in my room. Room is easy to penetrate the sound from outside.

Mi estadía en el hotel Quideloma Art Hotel

En general, nuestra estancia fue estupenda; disfrutamos mucho del hotel. Es un hotel moderno con excelentes instalaciones, como el restaurante y el spa, que incluye piscinas y baño de vapor. Sin embargo, al llegar, nos asignaron una habitación ruidosa debido a la proximidad de bombas de agua, lo que nos impidió dormir bien, así que le pedimos al recepcionista que nos cambiara de habitación. La única persona disponible en ese momento era el guardia de seguridad. El guardia de seguridad fue muy amable y nos ayudó a cambiar a nuestro personal a la otra habitación que solicitamos, ese fue el único inconveniente que tuvimos.
