From the minute I booked our stay until we left, we received exceptional service. Loris and the rest of the staff go above and beyond to make our arrival, stay and departure smooth and problems free. Our room has a beautiful view, a fridge and everything we needed for our 2 nights. There is a terrace overlooking the square where we enjoyed breakfast, bought at a nearby deli, and a glass of wine at night. It is just steps from the train station. It is uphill, but if you come to Cinque Terre you need to plan on climbing up hills and steps. I would absolutely return to this hotel!

Great stay in Cinque Terra!

We really enjoyed our two night stay in Manarola. Boutique hotel an easy five minute walk from the train station. Check-in was quick and easy. Our host secured a reservation for dinner quickly at Trattoria dal Billy featuring fresh fish and a spectacular cliff side view of the sunset. Our large, comfortable, well appointed room had a peekaboo view of the town square and sea. Unexpected bonus was a shared terrace with a spectacular unobstructed sea view. Great place to share a bottle of Prosecco and an afternoon snack. Great value for the money in the Cinque Terra.

Stayed two nights. We got in late but they sent great instructions on how to get into our room. Very easy. Two great nights of sleep. Enjoyed Manarola and did the hike to Cornelia the full day we were there. Would stay again for sure.

Spacious room with a window with a great view of the water and the town. Comfortable bed, clean room and bathroom, staff very friendly and helpful. Walking distance to train station however a steep hill to climb (not overly difficult but would not recommend for people with mobility issues).

Definitely worth considering this property. The host, Loris, is exceptional. We had an issue that we needed her help with and she fully came through for us with solid communication and readily available solutions. Some items of note, there are multiple buildings in the property and there is definitely some walking required for both. One of them is quite the haul (15 min walk) from the main area. Also, the address says Riomaggiore (at least when I booked it), this property is certainly in Mannarola so please consider that.

Koselig sted.

Litt slitent, men koselig sted i Manarola. Det lille hotellet ligger to bratte bakker opp fra togstasjonen. Rommet vårt hadde utsikt mot havet og solnedgangen. Rommet var stort med god seng. Forøvrig var det klesskap, skrivebord, en hylle og en pinnestol. Det fantes safe, kjøleskap, vannkoker og kaffemaskin. Badet var stort og dusjen god. Det ble ikke skiftet håndduker hver dag, kanskje fordi det var søndag? Vi hadde ikke balkong, men tilgang til felles terrasse. Det var ingen matservering. Veldig hyggelig og hjelpsomt personale som var tilstede til faste tider hver dag.
