「I booked through Expedia (VRBO) and the room we were assigned was incorrect due to a mistake by the booking sight ( we were assigned a 1 bedroom instead of a two bedroom). The owner had us in a new unit at no extra charge ($100/night difference) within 5 minutes. Awesome customer service!!!」

「We had a great stay at The Office rental in North Creek! The location is prime - about 5 minutes from the mountain. Pristine clean with plenty of entertainment for the evening and all the necessaries to warm up a simple breakfast or a quick snack. We had a blast skiing at Gore mountain! Would hardily recommend!」

「Couldn’t get into one of the rooms shown but I think the door was swollen, decent sized place right off of downtown, easy parking and access. Will be staying again come spring. Only real issue was I couldn’t get the thermostat to work, it only went to AC not heat (I don’t believe there was AC in the home? I didn’t see a condenser outside) but there was electric heat in every room so we used that during our stay since it was only 2 nights. My son loved the bunk beds and we were able to squeeze...

「Check in process was very straightforward. Place was very cute and cozy, and included all the basics such as a coffee maker, shampoo, conditioner, and linens. Got a little chilly at night but between the heater and the space heater we were perfectly comfortable. Nice and quiet location, <10 mins from Stewart’s. Be prepared to drive 20+ minutes for restaurants, especially if visiting off-season as many close seasonally. Overall a great place and a great value, would definitely stay here again!」

「The house was exactly as described and is about 10-15 minutes from Lake George village, which is where we spent most of our time. The view in the back of the house is awesome and the brook is a very peaceful added touch! We really enjoyed our trip and the house!」

「The cabin was handcrafted by the owner. It has incredible views and is set up for wonderful relaxation. There is even a Japanese style hot tub/bath on the property. The owner is very responsive. We love the concept of the hobby farm that she is continuing to develop and nurture- we will most certainly be back to this property!」
