Welcome to our Florida Flamingo Cottage at River Ranch RV Resort! This home has recently been remodeled and is simply darling!

This privately owned Luxury Cottage is offered TURN-KEY and sleeps 6 comfortably! There are 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, a spacious living room with sectional seating, a large updated kitchen with a center island and an air conditioned Florida Room with wall to wall windows making it the perfect place for morning coffee or enjoying a good book! Plenty of living space for families and large groups! There is a full size washer and dryer in the shed and comfy outdoor seating areas!

The master bedroom has a Full bed and opens to the FL Room. There is a full hall bath with a stand up shower. The 2nd bedroom has a Full/Queen Futon, a Trundle Day Bed with 2 twin beds and a full size bathroom with stand up shower.

This quaint Cottage is walking distance to the pool and offers a peaceful feeling of home away from home! This is the perfect way to enjoy everything that River Ranch has to offer!

The Resort is located adjacent to Westgate's River Ranch Resort and Dude Ranch! As a guest in the RV Resort, you have unlimited access to all of the amenities at Westgate. Enjoy a LIVE Rodeo every Saturday night, horseback riding, hayrides, a Western store, a General store, petting zoo, zip lining, waterfront restaurant, public boat ramp, boating, tennis, basketball, skeet shooting and more!

Pet Fee $50 one time.
Damage Insurance will be added for RV and Golf Cart Coverage. The cost is $55 and offers $3000 worth of coverage.
Travel Insurance is also offered.
