The reason I have 4 out of 5 is because the dining service needs to improve. There was not a proper menu to order dinner from the vip lounge upstairs at night. “Courteous front desk. Clean room. Staff woke me up at 6.30am on Saturday to borrow the electric kettle in my room!!! Of course I didn’t open in case it was a ruse for robbery. No management staff at 10am to make a complaint to. Receptionist called kitchen staff and all denied knocking on my door. Hotel did not find my Expedia reservation on Friday during check in. Kept me waiting for 45 minutes until I contacted Expedia. Had to call front desk to request for towels and toiletries! Will……

“Over all it was a lovely stay outside of the cleaning person waking me up every morning and them calling me to order my breakfast at 8am on my vacation. Also the bathroom needed updating ”
