“The building is bold and you can see it. Light fixture were covered in dust and the bathroom was disappointing. Old and the ceiling was leaking. Plus the lighting was so dim. But overall the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful and the restaurant food was rather tasty.”
“Property looks ok, Staff, customer services was a shamble. My intercom was nonfunctional, after serveral request for it to be fix, it wasn't fixed for the duration of my stay and without an explanation. Towels were never available when needed. Receptionist were non interested to request.
Its was so disappointing.

“The hotel is nice and staffs at the front desk are very welcoming and friendly. Other staffs are not so nice, the rooms are quite spacious and unlike most hotels, the pictures match what you get and the facilities work. The floors however could use some cleaning. Since they used dark wood for flooring you can’t easily tell it’s dirty but if walk around barefoot for 3mins, your feet gets so dirty. Overall, the hotel is nice. It could pass for a 4-star hotel”
“The hotel claimed not having received the payment from the booking platform. So we had to pay again a higher amount. In the end we agreed on being refunded the dfference and are waiting for the money from the booking platform. In 2023 such things should not happen. It meant additional effort for everyone. ”
