The friendly staff and amenities made the stay peaceful and enjoyable. The laundry was clean and very helpful for a two week stay. Unfortunately the gym is very small and only has a few pieces of equipment and I was unable to use when I visited the gym room. House keeping was very respectful and refreshed the room in a way that was highly noticeable. I would recommend to anyone seeking a kitchen and comfortable bed and if I need to be in this area again would return. Thank you for making us welcome.

General manager and front desk ladies were excellent. Room was comfortable and spacious. The kitchen was impressively stocked, with full size dishwasher. Little to no freeway noise despite location.

No the room wasn’t fully clean. Once we arrived I noticed dog hair on the couch from the previous people who stayed in the hotel, I found an old sock hidden behind the sink on the last shelving, the light wouldn’t want to turn on and be delayed to turn on as one went into the bathroom. The sliding door for the bathroom to shower didn’t want to stay closed and would roll and open on its own, so showering wasn’t comfortable. I had better experiences from all my other stays but this one wasn’t the best.

Housekeeping said we left our service dog in the room unattended and were not able to clean… and after that was proven untrue did not provide housekeeping even though we were there over a week … we even asked the housekeeper for service and were told “no” ( maybe a language barrier) The lady at the front desk was awesome and made us feel heard and was extremely kind and appreciated:) if you are planning to stay anymore than a couple of days “ bring your own cleaning supplies:)”

Room floors were extremely dirty. They only do housekeeping every 7 days and I only had a 5 night stay. I called anyway because it became unbearable after 2 days of dirty feet tracking into the bed. They came to mop but put the blankets I put in a corner of the floor (dirty from feet) back onto the bed in a pile. What sense did that make? I had forgotten that I had stayed here before and the floor was dirty too. I will never stay again.

I don't understand why the rating is so low, but I'm happy I took the chance on this hotel. We arrived after midnight and were immediately greeted by friendly staff for check in which took less than 10 minutes. We stayed 4 nights on the freeway side, the 91 I believe. There was a faint Marijuana smell in the hallway the night we checked in, but it was not present any other time, so that person was either reported or mustve checked out. The only other thing that stood out was the bathroom fans never cut off. We called to get them to turn it off, but were told the man that could do that was off the promises. The room was clean, had a nice layout, staff always nice and friendly, lots of parking, and nearby just about anything you need to get to like restaurants and grocery stores. Very enjoyable, only thing they're missing is a pool lol. I would definitely stay here again.
