No disrespect but this is actually a homeless shelter. I belive they get vouchers for people struggling. I glad they have that for them but it is not really a hotel anymore.

I had a paid and confirmed booking but when I got there, there was no room for me and it was night time. The staff at the front desk was rude, unhelpful and unprofessional. They wouldn't even allow us to use the restroom at the lobby! We had to call the manager the next morning to get our refund. There was zero empathy and no apology either. This was the worst experience ever!

The staff was respectful, but our stay was unpleasant. The accessible room had an extremely low, flimsy mattress. After requesting a move, we were downgraded to a standard room without the pull-out sofa we originally had. This room was right next to a noisy electrical room that buzzed all night, preventing us from sleeping. To top it off, no manager was available to address our concerns until Monday. Also, the property did not provide extra pillows when requested.

I believe, with this newly added $5 a day service fee, we shouldn't have to pay, a fee for clean towels and linen, before the 2 week period. I believe, we should be able to request them, at least once a week, with no extra fee. (for the extended stay guest)

Terrible service!! I had a reservation for September 19–20 and had paid in advance. When I arrived last night to check in, the hotel was full and they had rented out my room—even though I had already paid. The woman treated me terribly over the phone and hung up on me, so I had to go look for another hotel. I am very angry about the service 😡

These people overcharges for stay and add fees that hadn't been discussed. The property was a huge issue as it wasn't clean and also the rooms were dirty as well. The staff was completely rude and showed that they didn't want to be there! I would completely stay clear of this property if you're considering starting in the area!!!
