“The breakfast buffet could have been better if there were additional hit items. The scrambled eggs looked like they had been grated.”

“This property was under construction! We felt like we were in a 3rd world country! The walls were bare, the carpet in the room was very bad.”

“The room is clean and having great amenities. I like the kitchenette in particular. The gym and pool are lovely. What makes this hotel outstanding is the staffs. They’re not only helpful but also friendly! Highly recommend !”

“Didn't have towels, conditioner, lotion or hair dryer. Phone didnt work to call front desk. Had to go get the towels. Hair dryer had to be located and was to be brought to the room...front desk forgot what room # so never received the hair dryer.”

“The bedside light was missing the lightbulb. There were some stains on the curtain separating the bathroom area and the sleeping area. It didn’t feel super family oriented which was what we would have preferred, but the stay was okay. Also, the room was pretty muggy on arrival and took a while to cool down.”

“There was no soap by the sink, no place to get water, and there were stains on the upholstery. This stay was definitely not worth what we paid for it.”

“My stay at this property was one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve ever had. The room I was given was uninhabitable. There was a strong musty and smoky odor and the door latch was broken. The toilet was completely backed up and unusable, and there were multiple bugs in the room.. including a centipede crawling up the wall behind the bed as I was leaving. These are not minor issues; they made the room unsafe, unsanitary, and impossible to stay in. When I questioned why I was being charged at……

“Did ask about credit card use, just charged card on file. No pool towels. Same breakfast everyday, change up main selections offer scrambled eggs and bacon. Our daughter got a room and one plug was melted, no one should have been in that room until plug repaired. Ice machine only worked on one floor. Staff didn't listen to complaints. Bed not comfy.”

“Good location near shopping and restaurants common areas are well maintained and the free laundry was really nice. The room was poorly maintained, couch was terribly dirty and smelled, mattress was falling apart. Room reeked of room deodorizer when we first arrived, after that began to wear off, every day around 3pm, the room was flooded with fumes through a grill in the ceiling, and we were on the third floor.”

“The front desk people for check in and check out were very friendly and helpful. Lots checked in at once and the guy was calm and nice. The place was clean in every area and no complaint but our air conditioner had an issue. Not a big deal for us, but they were great in asking if we had any issues and will llook into it. Breakfast room nice and clean and nice variety of options. Very nice shower. Outside property nice and clean and kept up. Will definitely stay again.”
