The room was dirty; obvious layer of grime on the floor, spots on the bathtub that could be scraped off. The sheets seemed clean, at least. There were so many flies in the room that it was hard to sleep as they swarmed me repeatedly. I got by via leaving the bathroom light on with some sugar laid out to attract them away from the bed.

First impressions were not good, property looked in poor condition, check in person spoke very little English. On the plus side, the room was large and clean, large fridge, good internet. The problem was it appears some people live there, room next to us had a grill set up outside their room. A group soon settled in for a cook out and played loud music. They did turn it down somewhat when we asked but it continued until after midnight. We couldn’t open our window because of the noise and cigarette smoke.

Parking was kind of a mess, otherwise, the room was clean and the bed comfortable. It's a good deal if all you need is a bed. If you want restaurant, pool, bar or any other needs, this is not the place. I would recommend if your just traveling through and need a place to lay your head. The price is fair and it meet my needs.

Not for you if you’re looking for luxury & opulence. If you just want a reasonably clean quiet place to spend the night without spending a ton of money, it’s fine. The proprietor is competent and helpful. Towels could be a lot nicer. You couldn’t spend less without really noticing a lot less quality.

I would not resent dives like this so much if they didn't charge as much as a decent place. It's hard to tell what you're going to end up with on a website. longest check in of my life by a guy that knew little English. Could not park directly in front of my room as I would have been blocked in corner come morning. Grills along with furniture adorned the sidewalk in front of a lot of rooms. Along with shrimp tails and peanut shells etc.. In all fairness room was actually pretty clean. The odd industrial sound of a loom or....???? who knows what next door that went on most of the night was terrible. Skip this place. I will never consider this place again. $50 for the night would be a toss up on if it was worth it. All hotels/motels are over priced. Dumps like this that charge $120 to $130 and up are disgusting.
