“Wonderful rental. Apartment was very clean. Excellent gym and common area. Parking simple and straight forward. Would absolutely stay again! I do have to mention one drawback, it is a place that requires an additional signup that includes uploading your ID and providing a card online. The process was less than ideal and the service they use was problematic. Make sure you account for the additional hassle. However, once we were in the rental, it was absolutely worth the initial problems.”

“Hi! For context this is my first time in Salt Lake City and I was solo traveling. I found Maven Stay, maybe after two months of them opening. My main attraction to this particular location was the easy access to food, in case I didn’t feel like leaving the place.

“Overall I was happy with our stay. Everything was clean, there were a coupe of waters and energy drinks in the fridge which were a nice little surprise. It was close to everything we needed. The only trouble I had was finding the place. The GPS took us to the apartment area but not the exact building. We had to drive around a little bit before we could find the exact location. “Check in would have been easier in the day light- apt is located at the rear of the property. There was some noise from above just a few nights but no worse than a hotel. It was quiet and nice to cook our meals. There could be a few more pots and dishes. For those wanting to ski you are about an hour from Deer Valley and Snow Bird”

“The apartment is just as listed. It was super clean with new appliances and furniture. We enjoyed the balcony and having large screen tvs in both the living area and bedroom. The apartment is in an area downtown undergoing urban renewal and there are many homeless on the streets. But the security of this building is OUTSTANDING. We opted for the underground parking. That combined with security key fobs for the elevator and doors made our stay safe and relaxing. We would highly recommend staying……
