"Avoid this hotel like the plague - especially through hotels.com I chose this hotel for a quick one night stay specifically because it advertised "free breakfast" on the first page of my app, then "free continental breakfast" when I selected my room. Under "Amenities" it reconfirmed Continental breakfast included, Served daily from 7.30am to 10am. THERE IS NO BREAKFAST, not even a breakfast room, nothing. I was just told to go to the supermarket next door to buy and prepare my own Other amenities listed on my hotels.com app (which added to my choice of hotel) include 2 restaurants - not even one A bar/lounge - wrong A coffee shop / cafe - wrong Free daily manager's reception - what a joke The hotel is OK for the price, but the description is totally incorrect and misleading- as are the photos - and to add insult to injury, hotels.com customer service are arguing that the booking does not say "breakfast included" despite me sending screenshots "

"This resort was absolutely amazing, and I already want to return. Although it was a splurge, it was completely worth it. From the moment you arrive through the gated entrance, the experience feels luxurious. The staff welcomes you with drinks, explains everything included, and makes you feel immediately taken care of. We chose the all-inclusive option and were so glad we did—it made the entire stay stress-free. The resort has a beautiful private beach with comfortable shaded loungers, and staff regularly offers drinks and food right at your chair. We stayed in a villa, which was stunning, spacious, and extremely comfortable, with a gorgeous bathroom featuring double sinks, a shower, and a tub by the window. The dining was excellent, with multiple restaurants and great variety. One of our travelers is vegan, and the staff—especially one wonderful chef—went above and beyond to accommodate vegan meals for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. There’s also a café on-site where you can enjoy coffee all day, which was a great bonus. The resort offers water sports, entertainment, and a peaceful, uncrowded atmosphere. There’s also a dedicated adults-only area with a pool, beach, and restaurant. At checkout, they even prepared breakfast to-go for us since we were leaving early, which was very thoughtful. Overall, I would highly recommend this resort. The staff, service, and overall experience were outstanding—I would absolutely come back."
