Great quiet, relaxing place to stay... close to very nice beach. Steep hillside location great for ocean views, not so good for people with mobility issues. Nice clean property, clean refreshing pool. Great place to stay if you have rented or have a vehicle.

The bungalow accommodation was lovely very clean, the food in the restaurant was very tasty. Daniel gave us a warm welcome upon arrival and was very helpful in arranging transport to airport. The surrounding grounds and pool are well kept. The gorgeous clean beach and little food outlets for lunch are just down the hill within walking distance. We highly recommend having your own transportation as the hills are very steep. Lovely relaxing setting

Beautiful, peaceful place with cute, spacious bungalows teeming with nature and incredible views. The local band on the Sunday afternoon with dancing was brilliant. Can't recommend it enough.

The staff was incredibly rude not just to myself but to my young children. They attempted to charge me double threatened me if I didn't CLEAN my own room and take out the garbage far away they would charge me extra saying it would happen automatically via expedia that they have my credit card (they did not in fact have my card info). There's NOTHING in the area as for grocery or shopping and it's a 25 euro at least cab to the nearest town or a hike up a dangerous hill for a bus. Do not recommend this place at all.

Daniel, Ocean, Lindy and all at Paradis de L'Anse made my stay wonderful.Daniel is one of the best chefs & I've lived in Manhattan, Los Angeles, and San Francisco. Many years, all of them.Order either of the 2 steaks... Magnificent! As was all else. Please know that Sundays, guests must reserve for the buffet luncheon & no dinner Sun Night & closed Monday. The view from my room was as incredible as the location. NOTE: It is a very steep location as a result, with many stone steps up & down. If one has disabilities I believe Daniel will find a way to oblige guests, but it is not easy to & from the rooms w best views, nor to the beach. But worth it!

We rented 2 apartments for 1 week. The rooms were spacious but not cleaned well when we arrived. There we’re dirt and hair on the floor of people who rented the apartment before. There was no cleaning service during our stay, not even fresh towels. There’s only on small rubbish bin in the bathroom. Both apartments are full of cockroaches - dead and alive ones. The bed is comfortable. Air condition were only working in one of the apartments properly. The ti punch as a welcome drink was really good and the food in the restaurant is als good. The pool areas is clean. Unfortunately the Wifi isn’t working most of the time. The stuff was mostly nice. All in all we don’t recommend this accommodation

Arrived. Phoned landlord for access code to property. Handyman greeted me. Room - basic but clean. Included fridge and 2 ring electric hob and kitchen sink, plus 1 1/2 rolls of cheap toiler roll for 5 nights/6 days. Based on a sharp hill. Car parking interesting but always left car in gear. Swimming pool compact but ok. The hill up and down from restaurant was very steep, so worth baring in mind if you have any mobility issues. Internet didnt work for 2 days. On arrival the restaurant was closed. Landlord told me i could have a choice of 1 meat or 1 fish and I would have to take it to my room or eat alone in restaurant (I had already booked a dinner and breakfast in advance of arriving). Dinner was good. Never ate another meal there as restaurant often totally closed. The venue is a good place for basic location to other areas but you need a car. I was surprised to told by cleaner on day of leaving that I needed to take all my house hold rubbish with me and, if so, I would be welcomed again. I would stay at the the venue again - as I think it is ideal for exploring and within budget! I went to settle my bill on leaving and asked to wait for landlord as on phone. After a good 15 mins after he finished his phone call he instructed a member of staff to tell me how much I owed. He never said thank you for your custom or goodbye.... Felt a little disappointed by that! Love Martinique overall.

Un bel endroit, très montagneux et belle vue sur la mer. Nous avion un petit loft. Récemment rénové. La descente pour la plage se fait à pied, et c’est très apique. Mais ce fait bien. Un peu difficile au niveau de la communication. Restaurant pas souvent ouvert et dure de vonnaitre l’horaire pour quelqu’un qui voudrait y prendre son déjeuner. Emplacement favorable pour faire les visite. Une belle épicerie, Genipa a 20 minutes en auto. Bref super voyage

Endroit paradisiaque , et je pèse mes mots , vue fabuleuse , chambres propres et fonctionnelles , à deux pas de la plage de l’anse figuier et de l’ecomusee de la martinique . Nous avons loué un studio avec vue sur la mer. Nous avons eu un accueil très chaleureux, le logement était propre et climatisé. Plusieurs places de stationnement disponible. La plage est a seulement 5 minutes à pieds, avec une très grande pente avec des escaliers. Le restaurant de l’hôtel est très bon. Seul problème rencontré est le wifi qui n’était visiblement pas assez puissant pour se rendre jusqu’au logement. Je recommande cet hotel.

La vue de notre chambre(1) était incroyable . Un beau grand balcon. Par contre nous avons souffert de puces de lit. Aucun moustiquaire sur les auvent. Nous avions des moustiques tous les soirs. Le trajet pour s'y rendre est très sinueux et montagneux. La propriété est sur falaise ce qui donne un stationnement difficile. A éviter sauf pour les athlètes et pilote.

Très déçu ! J'ai vraiment eu l'impression de m'être fait avoir. L'appartement était censé offrir une vue sur la mer. Soyons clairs, il y a bien une vue, mais elle est obstruée par des arbres. On nous a dit que "la mer se verrait mieux après l'élagage"… En réalité, cet appartement est mal situé, probablement le pire de toute la résidence. Il semblerait que cet appartement soit réservé principalement aux clients venant de sites comme Expedia, mais ça n’est qu’une impression basée sur les avis des autres clients. Il a fallu batailler pour pouvoir changer d’appartement ! Finalement, on nous a donné un appartement juste à côté du restaurant. Concernant la chambre Elle a besoin de rénovation urgente. Les joints sont sales, le frigo est très vieux et rouillé. L’isolation est inexistante et, à cause de fête bruyante organisée au restaurant, il est impossible de dormir avant 1h du matin. (14 février orchestre de l’hôtel) À savoir pour les futurs touristes : Nous avons payé 74€ de taxe de séjour, soit 2€ de plus que prévu, simplement parce que nous n'avons pas voulu payer en espèces. C’est clairement une arnaque. L’endroit est vieillot, les appartements manquent cruellement d’entretien, et je déconseille vivement cet hôtel aux personnes âgées ou à mobilité réduite. C'est un hôtelier qui réserve ses pires chambres pour les clients des sites de réservation en ligne. Si il ne veut pas jouer le jeu, il n’a qu’à ne pas s’y inscrire.
