Last-minute booking so I got the last room available. Issues with hot water and some flooding in the bathroom after showering.

Ramada in Riyadh

The place is nice but the service, not so much. I had to ask for water 4 times before getting it.

The rooms were nice, service was ok, but not good, not all requests could be solved on my behalf. I needed to leave a day earlier and Expedia wanted to help me but the hotel refused to reimburse me one night- which I found disappointing and not very guest oriented.

The rooms were decent. Outlets in the room do not work while the room is unattended. The shower drains do not work. Bathroom floods every time you take a shower.

The bed was comfy, but the hotel service disappointed. Despite informing staff four times, my running toilet wasn't fixed. The restaurant served average food; I ordered boneless spring chicken but got a bone-in dish with fries instead of sumac potatoes. They charged about US$100 for early check-in.
