“The positives: This was my first experience in a rental. I was very impressed with the effort that was put forth by the owner. I rented a studio, which was quite large. The kitchen appliances were all full size and appeared to be brand new and of excellent quality. “Upon our arrival at Royal Retreat 3 we discovered that we had no internet and no TV signal. I tried to resolve the issue by contacting the host. I was told by her answering service that it was Saturday and that Miss Carol would not be available until Monday. My communications with the host, that followed, clearly show my despair in trying to resolve the issue and her avoidance of responsibility.We finally did get internet service on Monday, although I am not certain of the source. “I was pleasantly surprised about the size of the place, very roomy, and the sliding glass doors to the deck added brightness and a pleasant view. The kitchen was well stocked with whatever you needed, including cleaning items. I will need to travel down this way again this year and would certainly rent from Jordan again. Very homey place.”
