“Cabin was clean & had the basic cooking equipment. Bed was very comfortable. Unfortunately it rained each day and we were unable to use the hot tub. Mostly quiet location, some random light traffic noise in the distance. Saw deer, wild turkeys, groundhogs & rabbits. Enjoyed the rockers & small table & chairs on porch. Had fun fishing in the pond, caught about 2 dozen sunfish while watching the frogs, muskrats & great blue heron.”

“The cabin is so cute inside. Pictures don’t do it justice. The beds and sofa were comfy and the kitchen had everything we needed. The grounds were well maintained and the lot was flat. Beautiful lake view. The outdoor shower and kayaks were a hit. We hope to return.”

“Our stay at the Bent Mountain cabin was very relaxing and private. We felt isolated in our cabin and loved it. It had everything you could need without leaving except for groceries. We enjoyed the hot tub every day. The surrounding area was beautiful. If you wanted to get out Roanoke VA wasn’t far away. I would highly recommend this cabin to a couple who wants to reconnect with each other. Sitting on the deck in the mornings was awesome.”
