Enjoy the privacy and beautiful views of our 3,256 square foot home (5 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms) has to offer. Our home features a neutral color palette with pops of color that is well suited for guests. A fully equipped gourmet kitchen awaits with features including an expresso/cappuccino maker. The sunroom on the main floor has wall-to-wall windows that showcases the spectacular views and wildlife. The sunroom also includes a cocktail bar, a wine bar and a wine refrigerator. The main floor includes a step-down, oversized living room just off the kitchen, an oversized fireplace where you can relax and enjoy an 85-inch TV. The split floor plan that has two en-suites that will comfortably accommodate 4 guests. The primary bedroom features a private deck, king bed and ensuite bath that has an oversized walk-in shower. The secondary primary bathroom has been fully remodeled and features a queen bed with an ensuite bath.
The downstairs features three bedrooms and one full bath. Two bedrooms, each with twin beds and another bedroom with a queen bed share a bathroom. The downstairs also includes a large game room where you can play pool, foosball and enjoy a 65-inch TV and fireplace. Located outside two of the bedrooms and for your convenience is a small beverage refrigerator The sunroom includes another 65-inch TV and is the perfect place to relax, play games and read while enjoying the view.

Include two decks on the main floor and two patio areas downstairs where you can play games and lounge and enjoy wildlife, stargazing, and the amazing sunsets. Getting to Roaring Gap, North Carolina, and surrounding areas:
A unique cozy rural setting that includes a post office, a boutique, and fine antique shopping. Travel just 15 minutes to Sparta, NC where you will enjoy quaint, locally owned diners and restaurants, farmer’s market and local artisans that offer unique jewelry, soaps, candles, and pottery.
Airports: Charlotte Douglas International Airport (95 miles), Statesville Regional Airport (57.5miles) and Piedmont Triad International Airport (83 miles).
Grocery Stores: Pro Stop, a small, charming country store, located in Roaring Gap, NC, is less than a mile from Bella Vista. They offer a great selection of kitchen staples, wines, beer, jellies, homemade breads, pies, and pizzas as well as fishing licenses. Alleghany Meat Center (10miles) features fantastic sugar-cured country hams, fresh beef, chicken, and pork cut daily. They will custom cut all orders an offer call ahead ordering for fresh oysters arriving daily with seafood and lamb. They also offer a large selection of jellies, candy, Amish cheese, butter,
rubs, sauces, and marinades. Ingles is in Elkin, NC. (18 miles).

Old Beau Resort and Golf Country Club is less than one mile from Bella Vista. Cedarbrook Country Club in located in Elkin, NC (16 miles).
Stone Mountain State Park located just 4 miles away from hiking, rock climbing sight-seeing and picnicking, North Carolina Blue Ridge Parkway (5 miles), New River Outdoor Adventures (28miles), where you will enjoy kayaking, canoeing, tubing, and fishing, Pilot Mountain State Park (39 miles) and biking where you will a variety of beautiful, peaceful, scenic routes. You will also enjoy photography and trout and fly fishing in nearby rivers and streams. Skiing and snowboarding are a little over an hour away in Boone, NC and Wintergreen, VA.
