Gepflegte Landvilla in parkähnlichem Garten mit Pool

Sehr sauber, Haus und Garten insgesamt großzügig angelegt, Küche klein. Ausstattung in die Jahre gekommen. Garten sehr gepflegt. Pool: sehr groß, aber Sprungbrett nicht mehr vorhanden wie am Foto abgebildet. Engagierte Gastgeber. Lage im Hinterland des Cilento in kleinem Dorf in ländlicher Umgebung, nachts oft bellende Hunde, sonst ruhig. Zu den nächsten Stränden Autofahrt von ca 25 min. Viele Freizeitmöglichkeiten.
