No rocks or shells at the wave line. Good waves. Tall sand dunes. Inexpensive drinks on the beach. Be very careful with the sun. 8 unprotected minutes will get you a second degree sunburn — blisters! "

"Hotel Fasano is located outside Punta Del Este in a somewhat remote location. It is pricey, but absolutely out-of-this-world beautiful! Staff, service and accommodations were impeccable. David, the manager, is hands-on, very responsive, and on top of everything. We will be back!"
