Easy to get the right temperature and pressure. The whole bathroom suite looked like it was relatively new. No mold no water damage anywhere even the grouting was clean. “First: no elevator to the 1st landing. Difficult with major luggage. I specifically stayed here because it advertised as “self parking” and then I had to pay. Simon, the front desk receptionist was most helpful and kind. The restaurant was good and convenient and the wait staff was fabulous.”

“Food was excellent, breakfast plentiful and tasty, evening meals were very good. Bathroom we were in was a little cramped and the floor tiles were cracked and broken. Overall the whole stay was very pleasant , the staff were very friendly without being overly so. Would definitely go back if we were in the area.”

“Everyone was very welcoming and friendly. The bed was huge and very comfortable. We had a disabled access which was great. Only negative. No air conditioning, but we asked for a fan and we were given a large fan on a stand, which was sufficient. Breakfast was fantastic good quality and freshly made.”

“Excellent for the price I paid. Rooms have recently been renovated and it showed. The only niggles were that the extractor fan in the bathroom was very noisy and probably needs replacing (room 10) and there was no hot water: I tried to have a shower but couldn't: No matter how long you ran the tap for or in which position the water never got warm. Would definitely stay there again. Big thank you to Jamie who so very kindly let me check in early.”
