Luxury villa with spectacular views

The Villa Alba is a beautiful ultra-modern property in Rochefort-du-Gard which looks east over the Provence countryside. Perfectly suited our friends and family reunion week with a mixture of local visits and lazy days by the stunning infinity pool. Don't miss the local Sunday morning market to stock the kitchen with fresh produce.

Nice stay in Rochfort-du-Gard!

The house was amazing, there were 10 beds and 3 bathrooms, so that's all very nice. Also, the outside area was lovely. However, we've had some complaints from the neighbors about noise, even though we weren't being very loud, this put a bit of a damper on how much we could enjoy the pool area.

Fabulous view and villa

We were 4 couples together in the house, and it was wonderful. Great view, the pool was nice, plenty of space in the home and a well-equipped kitchen. We enjoyed the proximity to great vineyards, Avignon, and Nimes. Communication with the owner was good, and he responded to questions quickly. The only thing I would note, just because it's different than other VRBO properties I have rented, is that there was a separate contract to sign after booking.

Lovely holiday

Modern property with beautiful views towards Mont Ventoux.Very well equipped although it would have helped if instruction book had also been in English.Weather was mixed which meant we were not able to use the lovely pool facility. Overall though very enjoyable.

Une maison style le Corbusier perchée à flanc de colline . Une piscine à débordement chauffée à 27 degres (très appréciable au 1er mai). De grandes terrasses où nous pouvons profiter d'un panorama fabuleux sur le ventoux et les alpilles , déjeuner en plein air, lire, farnienter. . Pétanque, apero , pas de vis à vis. C'est calme.Super sejour.

Un petit coin de paradis

La villa est juste exceptionnelle, la vue extraordinaire. Elle est très bien équipée et propose de nombreuses activités. on s'y sent si bien qu'on n'a pas envie d'aller ailleurs.nous avons aussi été très bien accueillisà recommander sans hésitation

Superbe séjour dans une belle maison avec vue magnifique

Nous avons passé un superbe séjour dans la Villa Alba. Celle-ci possède une vue panoramique exceptionnelle ainsi que des équipements de haute qualité (piscine, jacuzzi, baby-foot, terrain de pétanque, table de ping-pong, hi-fi...). Les photos sont bien représentatives de la maison. Seul petit bémol, la maison n'est pas très "kids friendly" avec des marches piégeuses sur la terrasse et surtout un carrelage extrêmement glissant autour de la piscine quand celui-ci est mouillé. A part ça, je la recommande vivement pour un séjour court ou des vacances.

Agréable séjour entre amis

Séjour très agréable entre amis, nous étions 10. La vue et incroyable et offre un cadre vraiment agréable. La maison est très bien équipée avec un tout petit bémol pour la propreté qui était pas top partout mais cela reste du détail. Un grand grand merci au propriétaire qui a mis du cœur à nous accueillir et à faciliter notre séjour notamment en nous proposant une location de véhicule défiant toute concurrence ! Je recommande vivement ce logement

Good holiday and fantastic views

The house is well provided for with lots of equipment and facilities. The view across the valley towards Avignon is incomparable and it is always fun to spot the TGVs speeding past. Air conditioning to the main living areas works well particularly when it is humid. This year has seen more rain across France and we noticed more humidity than previous years as well as hot temperatures. There is plenty to do in the area with Orange and the Amphitheatre, Avignon and the Palace des Papes, and Pont du Gard where you can kayak under the bridge. Jean-Daniel is very helpful and responsive to any queries.

Traumhafter Ausblick

Wir haben hier zu sechst eine Woche verbracht und jeden Tag genossen. Das Haus bietet viel Platz, einen tollen Ausblick auf die Umgebung und einen schönen Pool. Der Kontakt zum Gastgeber war freundlich und unkompliziert. Besonders gefallen hat uns, dass wir den Pont du Gard in wenigen Minuten erreichen konnten.

Nous avons passé un superbe séjour dans cette très belle maison agencée avec goût et très bien équipée. Nous avons tout particulièrement apprécié la piscine à débordement et la vue imprenable !!! Un grand à Jean-Daniel pour son accueil chaleureux et sa disponibilité.

Très bon séjour

Superbe villa moderne avec une vue incroyable sur la vallée. Propriétaire charmant et convivial. Magnifique extérieur. Tout y est très calme. Les villes et villages environnants sont tous plus beaux les uns que les autres (surtout Avignon). Très très bon séjour pour nous 9. Deux petits bémols: la villa est loin de tout (il faut impérativement une voiture) et l'airco est présent dans toute la maison ... sauf les chambres (difficile de dormir les 3 premiers jours avec 37° dehors). Nous vous recommandons cette Villa.

Herrliche Woche in der Provence

Wir hatten eine schöne Woche in Rochefort-du-Gard. Der Ort ist eine gute Basis, um die Provence zu erkunden, bietet einige Restaurants, eine super Eisstand und einen kleinen SuperU. Ein kleiner Wochenmarkt ist Mittwoch abends und Sonntags. Die Villa bot viel Platz für alle 7 Familienmitglieder. Highlight war der beheizte Pool, der zu jeder Tageszeit bei ca. 28 Grad genutzt werden kann. Der Töckelikasten und Darts, so wie Boule rundeten das Freizeitangebot ab. Herzlichen Dank an Jean-Daniel für die professionelle Abwicklung.

super week end

la vue est à couper le souffle, on ne s'en lasse pas. La maison est spacieuse, confortable, super bien équipée, tout pour passer une très très agréable séjour. Vous pouvez louer les yeux fermés, mais n'oubliez de les ouvrir en arrivant sur les lieux, vous rateriez un magnifique spectacle. Un grand merci également à nos hôtes pour leur gentillesse, leur disponibilité, leur réactivité, et d'avoir eu cœur de nous satisfaire au mieux pour faire de notre séjour un moment inoubliable.
