“This apartment was so cute and quaint, everything was clean and the check-in process was seamless. I asked them to turn down the heat and they responded right away. It was a little warm up there but keeping the windows open helped no problem. It was just a short walk away from St. Mary's campus and I felt completely safe in my apartment.”

“This was a great location in relation to the Mayo. I wish you would do something about the steps up to the unit. The gutter over the bottom step leaks and drips on that bottom step. It froze over night and when I went out the next morning I slipped on that step. I was able to catch myself but someone else might not. It was adequate for our needs. The landlord was very receptive to our needs. One last thing was the TV is not hooked up to anything so it was of no use. Overall for the price it was……

“I was worried when I saw the outside of the building but inside when you got past the stairs that went up, it was very nice. We had trouble figuring out the TV. The instructions in the welcome manual were not very good. But we did figure it out. The carpet under the dining room was scattered with lots of debris but the rest of the place was very clean. They had forgotten to have a towel to dry the dishes- - not a big deal. And the kitchen faucet got stuck and I had to dig it out to work-- never……

“This was a well maintained, clean property in a great location. Offered all the amenities we would need. Property managers were available and great to work with. I would definitely stay here again on my next trip to Rochester.”

“Secluded cabin in the the woods just outside of Rochester. Tent camping spots and a cute little cabin. We were told the tree house will be ready for next season. We will be back! Thank you!”
