「Stayed at this property for our daughter’s graduation from the University of Kent at the Rochester cathedral. Location was walking distance to the event and many shopping and dining options. Great secure parking as well as an extremely well appointed two bedroom two bathroom flat!」

「We booked it for 28 days and everything was smooth. Good communication and very helpful. Everything was clean and tidy. The only problem was fridge size which was very small so it was inconvenient for us because we stayed there for long time. Would definitely recommend this place. Hosts were very friendly.」

「Clean spacious flat although it's on a very busy main road. We booked it because of the garden but it was unusable because it was totally overgrown so nowhere to sit or stand. Another point I would like to make is that for safety we think there should be a hand rail on the stairs as they are quite steep and there is nothing to hold on to. Location is central to going places in the area.」

There is a driveway for people who have a car but it's blocked by trashcans. I don't know if you're supposed to park on the street instead but that is just an observation. The space looks exactly like the pictures. It's narrow and small but has all the necessities. Here are some reasons I docked a star: 1. shower did...
