“The house and beach are the best locations! Short drive to all the restaurants and shops and far enough away for a quiet, peaceful stay. The house is beautiful and super clean. Everything you need is there for you. Long walks on the beach and beautiful sunrises all week! Wonderful vacation!”

“A wonderful property - quiet and serene with a large fenced backyard. House is well maintained and near kittery and portsmouth. Only problem is the front door lock. It needs immediate replacing. My wife was inside and noticed that the locking mechanism would not turn even though the proper code was entered. The hidey key worked but was still difficult to use.”

“Our family enjoyed our stay in Cape Neddick. The view was beautiful. The decor tasteful and although the kitchen was small it had everything we needed. The location is close to many of our favorite places to visit. We went to Ogunquit, Wells, Kittery and enjoyed many wonderful family moments. We played some board games at night and really enjoyed spending time with our daughters before they went back to college.
