“The house is very well maintained, as is the exterior of the house. There was plenty of room for all 11 of us, and the house has some great character! Everything was as advertised. The host was exceptional and very accommodating. A family member was coincidentally staying at another property owned by the host that same weekend, and had similar excellent things to say. “This was a nice rental for our family trip to Detroit. It had all the things we needed-full kitchen with dishes, laundry, bathrooms as well as central air (we stayed in June 2023). It’s a historic house, so it has a different feel than a modern house, but it had all the amenities that were needed. The only thing that could be somewhat of an issue is the iron railings on the stairs for little ones or the elderly.
