"I stay here quite often as the rates are fairly good. The outlet plugs need to be replaced and the electrical needs to be fixed. The rooms need to be updated. I think they fired the manager with the attitude and low respect for customers. The cleaning staff have always been great to me. I also stay at the royal inn in midvale and the rooms there have always been very nice and well maintained and in fact they recently upgraded their upstairs rooms. This place needs a serious renovation."

"The motel was not clean! The furniture was broken and dirty the chair had spots all over it. My curling iron wouldn't stay plugged into the outlet in the bathroom. The door knob was hard to open on the front door. The temperature of the room was hot we cannot get it to regulate and it needs a lot of updating! Even for the price we paid I feel like we got ripped off!"

"Check in went fine. When we arrived in the room, the lights didn’t work and it was in poor condition. It could use some help! The curtains were ripped, the shower had one temperature. Beds were fine. When asked to fix the lights, they were unable to, unable to move our room, or give a refund because we didn’t cancel within 24 hours. We managed but getting ready in the dark was less than desirable. I will not be back and don’t recommend this place due to lack of service and poor room quality. "

"The location was great! Close to BYU campus and hiking. The space was clean and well stocked. Our family enjoyed the ping pong table and the gathering space. "

"The toilet wouldn’t flush the first night the guy working that night was so nice about it but they had no one to fix it. The next morning the front desk guy kept blowing us off so we left and went on about our day. Came back and toilet was finally working. I don’t think I will come back to this place. It’s not the nicer of Marriott’s we stayed at. "

"I was in town because my husband was in the hospital. The staff was so kind and supportive. They helped a difficult journey to be a little easier. "
