Clean inside and outside, safe, very little noise, Ample well lit parking, beautiful, well appointed rooms, entire property looks new except it is really six years old, super comfortable beds and pillows, full-size refrigerator, microwave, plenty of drawers and shelves and hangers, great bathrooms with walk-in showers if needed,

The clerk waited until she checked me in to tell me that the elevators were out, she did cancel my booking free of charge. I wish she would have told me before spending that time checking me in.

Hallway was STINKY, smelled like cigarettes and dirty cooking oil. Room was horrible. Sheets were dirty, covered in what looked like pubic hair. The pillow had dried blood on it. Two dead roaches on the floor. The only good thing was the staff member, Josh, who was very kind and helpful in replacing sheets & pillows. Have not heard from the manager about potential compensation, but Josh said he would mention it. GROSS ROOM.

Like nothing but marijuana in the hallway the assistant manager was very rude and has no customer service. The beds were very uncomfortable and rooms could use a lot more detail cleaning. I wouldn’t stay here if they let me have it for free.

Was a bit disappointed as there was only one bar of soap in the bathroom, the bathroom floors had black stuff on the floors…no extra pillows or blankets…the “comfy” chair had seen better days as the leather was torn and worn…the bed was comfortable…could hear next rooms neighbors and the floor above… Front desk personnel were very friendly and a pleasure to deal with…all in all I was only there to rest at night..
