“ A waterfront beauty! Upper deck walkway through the Palms to a scenic breakfast table. Birds singing and breeze blowing. The beach is incredible. Quiet and usually sparse with people. Maybe 6-8 all day. The house is very nice and comfortable. A nice kitchen and bathes. Really a good spot. We’re going back again!!!”

“We traveled to this home as two families with young children who typically vacation together. The house was clean modern. The kitchen was incredibly well stocked with every kind of baking dish and pan and cooking utensil you could need. We loved the layout of the property as it provided plenty of space For not only intimate family time but also quiet time if you wanted to read. The children’s loved playing football on the sand in the backyard and were able to catch 52 conch shells right off the……

“Wonderful home. The breeze through over the pool was wonderful. The no-see-ums were irritating but the breezeway kept them mostly away. We had 12 adults, and the bedrooms are set up nicely as individual master suites. The lagoon has very good snorkeling. Clouds of minnows, some coral fish, barracuda, turtle and 2 small sharks were seen. Snorkel under the overhangs at low tide and at high tide check out the mangroves. The kayaks and paddle boards were greatly appreciated. Erin the gold crested……

“There was something for everyone at Sungate. Our group consisted of 2 families with 7 kids ranging from 5 - 13 yrs old. Beautiful double bay beach to walk on. Beautiful sunrise from the master and living or porch/deck. Great coral to snorkel around. Everyone loved hanging out in and by the pool. Moms found books inside to read. Played games and watched movies at night. Great kitchen to cook in. Made some wonderful memories at Sungate. Thank you Marco!”

“Worked well as a home base. Everything worked well and enjoyed the birds in the pond in back.Wish there were more than 3 dishwasher pods for the week. For four people it doesn't last long. The beach has a lot of sharp glass so be careful of that. Some of them stick straight up out of the rocks like they are part of the rocks. Ten Bay beach was a very short drive and perfect for kids. ”

“Made great memories at Tropical Impulse. Loved Eleuthera. Honestly the beach in front of the house was my favorite, though we went to a different beach everyday for awhile. We ate in almost every night, the local restaurants all serve the same, mediocre, expensive food in our opinion. We went to island farm just down the road and got fresh veggies for salads, steaks, shrimp etc and our best meals were at the house. The house has everything you’ll need to cook.
