"The unit was clean in the exception of the base boards, there was a dead fly next to the lamp and dusty by the bed. The bed was not comfortable! I could not sleep well due to the mattress sinking my partner and I in the middle of the mattress. My partner woke up with his back hurting. We were disturbed at nine o'clock A.M. by housekeepers when check out was not till 11. On a positive note...there were clean towels, shampoo, conditioner and bodywash available! The AC unit worked extremely...

"Everything was very nice about our stay except I did kill two roaches over the 4 days. Excellent location in Hot Springs. Parking was easy to find on the street right outside the hotel, even on the weekend and downtown. I didn’t need extra help with anything, but staff was very polite overall. Good value and comfort for the money."
