Neat Little Beach House

Very pretty little house! Very clean with a well equipped kitchen! Loved each bedroom having it's own bath! Access to a fishing dock and beach was close and nice. We had a great time and would stay here again! Stores and restaurants were easily available.

Just a quick weekend for our family. Access to a pier and pool The house was perfect for us and the neighborhood is really cute. Parking is tight - if you have a large truck you might want to park at the pool area.

This home is absolutely beautiful. It’s located in a very quiet neighborhood. There is so much to do & see. There is a private community beach, pier & pool. The Rockport beach is nearby. You can also drive about 30 minutes away to Port Aransas to ride the ferry & check out Robert’s Point Park to fish & look at dolphins & birds. Then you can head out to Port Aransas Beach where you can find beautiful sea shells, see dolphins & you may locate sea turtles! In Rockport, I enjoyed a 3 hour bird watching tour with Rockport Birding and Kayaking.You get to see more dolphins too. If you’re looking for a quiet place to relax, this is it! I really enjoyed my stay.

We had a great time, definitely going back soon. The pool was a little shallow for our 5’11 grandson lol, it was windy so we didn’t get in. My husband loved the pier. Thank you so much, the neighbor was very helpful in helping us locate pier key. Have a great day.

Newer rental, nice layout for bedrooms, furniture was comfortable, the dock was awesome, Except the lights weren’t working on it. The pool is beautiful.

Spacious and comfortable. One bedroom was unusually warm. The AC didn't effectively cool in that room. We killed or found several roaches. Pest control seems needed. It would be nice if there was a Keurig alongside the regular coffee pot. That's a small investment that helps weekend travelers more easily manage coffee.

Cleanliness and maintenance is an issue

The house has been surface cleaned well, but baseboards, corners, closets, etc. were very dirty (dried food and dirt). The kitchen trash can lid was probably the dirtiest item I have ever seen in my life. There were ants in the kitchen - I purchased and put out ant traps. Air conditioning system doesn't work well (it took 8 hours to cool down 6 degrees the first night we were there and the third bedroom never cooled down enough to be used) and there were several non-working lights.
