Very basic hotel. Staff at check in was nice. Had dog so placed in a pet room. Indoor pool looked nice but didn’t use. Shower pressure was awful. Glad I stayed for only 8 hours and left early the next morning.

The room was not the best. The room had an odor & the wash cloths/towels were not the presentable. Both beds had dirty linen. I went to the front desk & he had clean linen only for one bed. I asked how we could be accommodated. He told me he could only provide me with an email & he’s only the front desk. I should have turned around when I walked in & seen the carpet on the stairs were dirty. I will never stay there again.

Avoid this hotel

This was not a pleasant stay. The entire hotel smells dank & musty. Our room was not vacuumed and the shower was questionable. There was apparently a cat in the room prior to us because there was cat food & litter on the floor. Also found someone’s sock. The beds were clean & fresh without the musty odor but overall the hotel was not pleasant. We were there for 1 night and I didn’t find these issues until around 9:00 pm. By that time I was exhausted & decided that since the bed was clean it wasn’t worth the haste of changing rooms. Guessing the others weren’t any cleaner. We will not stay here again.

Glass filled foot

I checked in and had to leave the hotel to do a small job right after check in. I got back 2-3 hours later and walked into the bathroom of the master suite and stepped on what appeared to be broken glass from a marijuana pipe ( no detective but can only assume because there were also marijuana stems scattered across the floor not far away) It looked like the entire room had not been swept, no comforter on the bed, broken door handle on bathroom door, broken toilet seat. Went to speak to faculty about stepping on the glass and dirty room, and was told I should have said something right after check in, and though understandable; I explained I had left right after check in and this is what I had found upon returning. Picked up the glass from the floor and took it with me to the front counter and employee offered a trash can to throw it into, then once she came to inspect the room she said she didn’t see any glass on the floor, acting clueless about the glass she saw me dispose of in her trash can. Ended up having to sweep and clean the room ourselves and received no adjustment, compensation or refund. Found more glass after sweeping room ourselves. Just glad it was me who stepped on it and not my kid. Highly upset to have spent so much money on the suite and situation was handled the way it was.
