「We had 4 adult couples and this place was perfect with everyone having their own private bathroom and a handy half bath located just off the kitchen. The multi level decks were wonderful! We enjoyed the top deck when we wanted sun and when it was time for a cool down we enjoyed the lower level deck where we could still see the ocean! It was wonderful having the beds ready for us when we got there and a wonderful bonus that toiletries and towels were provided! We hope to return again, TopSail...

「Ed was a great host that communicated very well and provided all info needed. The place is in a perfect spot, situated squarely between the beach and the inlet and can walk to both very easily/quickly. The community pool worked out great as well. The kids are already asking to go back and find more shark teeth!」

「This townhouse is an exceptional lodging for a getaway in the North Topsail area; It has a nice layout for our family of seven that made our stay comfortable for the 3 nights that we were there; Situated in between the beach and the sound makes you enjoy both places without walking far; It's also located close to the shops and restaurants which is very convenient... 「The hosts are fantastically responsive and the cleaning service was of the best we've ever seen. We stayed for 4 nights and truly had an amazing time with zero problems. The recommendations from the hosts on things to do and places to eat were all 100% spot on. We've stayed in ocean front places in the past, but now will prefer to stay on the canals as it's wonderful! So much to do right off the dock and in the wonderful back yard. Thanks to our hosts!」

「We stayed here for a family vacation and had a wonderful time! The house is a very short walk to the beach and there was everything we needed to keep everyone entertained and comfortable. When we arrived, the previous renters had left a few things undone, but after contacting Jessica everything was put to rights immediately. Jessica and her husband were very responsive and were invested in making sure we had a great stay. There are lots of restaurants and other great things to do in Surf City...

「Great location and set up for a family get together. Really set up well in terms of amenities. We didn’t need beach towels, chairs, sand toys, or umbrellas. Kitchen stocked better than most rentals we’ve stayed at in the past. Good assortment of pans and intentions for cooking. Christine the local manager is super responsive. 」
