“A few comments: This is not a beachfront property! It is a beachview property. We didn’t mind the 7 to 10minute walk to the beach but it was not as advertised! It would have been nice to have a welcome package including salt/pepper, coffee for first morning, olive oil and basic spices, sugar, Kleenex, shampoo and bath soap. Only 4 dishwasher pods for our 9 night stay?? We needed more than 8 chairs at the table! Throws or extra blankets would have been nice. It was too cold to sit downstairs to……

“The location was handy and a nice, clean house. The bedrooms upstairs were nice but with the only bathroom downstairs there was a bit of a nighttime challenge. All in all it served us nicely!”

“A very beautiful condo in a great location. Overlooking the water, a great view of the cruise ships coming and going. Easy to walk to restaurants. Hosts were very accessible and helpful. Had an easy drive to other sights on PEI. Parking was great. There’s a very nice coffee shop 5 minute walk away.”

“This small but very accommodating cottage looked like a lot of small cottages , until…..we opened the door. The cottage was beautifully appointed and chocked full of visual wonders. Lots and lots of wonderful plants and a collection of artwork and figurines, so much so that I’m sure I didn’t see every one. Everywhere you looked you saw something you had previously missed. Everything required to have small intimate meals was available for use. The grounds and the path to a small river were……

“Beautiful place but a heads up on the water would have been appreciated. Had to open all taps for hours just to get the water almost clear. Never got to a point where I would consider it drinkable. Maybe there is a break in the water line?”

“The cottage had all we could ask for…very clean and updated! Neighbours were lovely and Todd and Chris communicated readily with us.”

“I door to the cottage was not installed properly and have a 1 inch open gap to the outside, there was a major earwig issue, The floors were not clean and were in fact dirty when i arrived, I the show broke while I was there but they did fix it right away so that was a positive. over all not the stay I would have expected, the grass and property was not kept up at all,”

“Easy to get to. Very basic. Close to everything in downtown Charlottetown. Good price. Property is oldand out of date, but clean and has all the basic amenities.”
