「The theme of our retreat was about ranch-style living. We did some cooking, crafting, hiking and singing 'round the campfire. It was a delight! The refrigerator is rather small if you are planning to bring enough food for 10 or more. But the table is terrific - we got 14 around it comfortably. And there is an additional fridge in the outbuilding. The bunks are uncomfortable for people over about 40 years old but children can clamber into and out of them easily. 「We were in town for a funeral and this was a perfect fit out needs. I traveled with my infant and met my mom, sister, nieces and nephew there. The home has cute little nursery with a crib, rocking chair, and futon that was exactly what i needed. My mom had a hard time with stairs, so the bedroom downstairs with the attached full bathroom was just right for her. There were toys for the toddler girls and perfect space for my sister and her kids. It was just ideal for our group. Thank you!」

「You know how it’s tons of fun to wash ALL your laundry after you camp because EVERYTHING smells like smoke? That’s how it was staying at this VRBO, except there was no campfire, just a thick cloud of old food smell. The smell was so thick that not only did it coat you and everything you brought, it had the additional bonus of keeping you up at night. And as a fun surprise, the listing says it sleeps 11, but if you bring more than 5 people, you get charged an additional $20 PER PERSON! I LOVE...
