Very good for price

Great location and price for large house with hot tub and pool. Also that is dog friendly. One of the bathroom showers did not drain properly. Other than that we were very happy with the house and experience. Thank you!

Great location with ocean and bay views, lots of sleeping space, but limited living space. house is not maintained. Hot tub leaks, showers clogs so bad you can’t use them, carpet dirty, fridge shelves broken, propane gas tank so low it only made it through one grilling attempt on a grill that only cooks on the perimeter.

We had a great time. Very disappointed that the pool heater and whirlpool tub did not work. The refrigerator was falling apart and everything would fall out when you opened it. The master bathroom had very little water pressure but there were plenty of other showers to use. The house had plenty of space and and did not feel overcrowded with our group of ten. The location is great and close to everything. More seating in the living room would be great so that everyone could use the room at the same time. We all had a great time but will only return to this house during the summer when the pool would be warmer. The morning views of the ocean were beautiful on all of the decks.

Not cleaned at all disgusting

If the house was cleaned I could of looked over the broken dresser drawer very old futon and particle board furniture stained. But spending our first 2 hours cleaning the house because it looked like it hadn’t been touched with cleaning supplies in at least 3 weeks and CoVid was even going on unacceptable. Called in said someone would be over waited an hour no one came tried calling back and no one answered so had to go and also buy cleaning supplies which were outrageous because of CoVid then took 2 hours to clean so first 3 hours gone. It was my 71 year old moms first real vacation and not the way we wanted it to start. Very disappointing and still no call back from Brooke we are planning to do every year at outer banks. Hopefully we can get resolved.

Nice house

I've stayed in MANY houses over the past 25 years of traveling to Hatteras Island, This is a nice house, especially being a pet-friendly property . Only complaint was the comfort of some of the beds, the cleanliness when we arrived and the lack of deck furniture. Kitchen is well stocked to make meals for large groups, comfortable new couches in living room, and nice poo area. *Note to anyone traveling with anyone with mobility issues, although pretty close to beach, the access path is long with a very steep hill over the dunes.
