Peacefully located within one of Lombardy’s most important natural parks, this modern apartment is a 7-minute drive from the Western shores of Lake Garda and comfortably sleeps 2 guests. Situated on the second floor, the property enjoys the most fantastic views of the surrounding hills from its balcony and the large picture windows that feature throughout.

Inside, the contemporary, open-plan apartment is stylishly furnished, featuring a chalet-style wooden ceiling, a dining table and chairs, a flat-screen smart TV, a large beanbag and a newly fitted wooden floor. The kitchenette is fully equipped with an induction hob, oven, coffee machine and fridge freezer.
Ideal for alfresco living, the property enjoys a large shared garden with games for children, a fenced dog exercise area and a dining table and chairs. The perfect place for relaxing in nature and enjoying the breeze on a warm summer evening.

This property is located a 5-minute drive from Salò, one of the most elegant resorts on Lake Garda. The surrounding area is rich in culture and also offers many opportunities to enjoy outside sports and recreation. In around 15 minutes (by car), guests can practice canoeing, sailing, windsurfing, sport fishing, diving and golf. There are also opportunities to hike, mountain bike trails and horse riding centres nearby, as well as numerous natural parks and water parks.

Art and history enthusiasts can visit the famous Vittoriale degli Italiani, in Gardone Riviera (a 12-minute drive) and MuSa, the museum narrating the area’s local history (a 10-minute drive). The property is also minutes away from numerous taxi boats that can take you to the Veronese shore in just a few minutes.

Padenghe sul Garda (a 20-minute drive), with its prized extra virgin olive oil and D.O.C wines and Sirmione (a 35-minute drive) with its famous thermal baths, Verona is about a 1-hour drive away and Venice approximately a 2-hour drive away.

The nearest international airport is Milan Bergamo, which is about a 70-minute drive from the accommodation.

The accommodation is located a bit away from Lake Garda, but still easy to reach. The apartment has been freshly renovated to a high standard. The apartment has a large garden and a garage. The most necessary utensils are available to have breakfast and cook small meals.
