「Very nice apartment, comfy, tidy and clean, with all the needed facilities. The only problem is that the elevator was out of service the day we checked in and we had to carry a suitcase over 30kg up to the 4th floor. Then the entry passcode didn't work and it took a little while for us to get the correct passcode. Another problem is that internet connection is so bad and we could not use this free Wi-Fi provided by Numa. 」

「The room is spacious and clean. But there is no cleaning service for staying less than 7 nights, and the sofa bed is sagged and uncomfortable. It is close to tram stop, so it’s convenient but noisy at night. 」

「We stayed here through our timeshare RCI. Our friends also stayed and booked through hotels.com. Our room was a little run down but theirs was very nice. They were greeted with a welcome basket but we received nothing in our room. Disappointed that it felt like we were treated differently because of our timeshare booking. The breakfast and dinner was wonderful. We were never disappointed with the food or the staff. The staff was very accommodating and helpful.」

「While I have nothing negative to say about the property itself, the location was extremely concerning. It is situated on what felt like a very unsafe street, right next to the train terminal, where there were many people who made us feel uncomfortable. During our stay, my brother was chased by a 4 strangers, assaulted, and had his phone stolen. After that, we were too afraid to walk anywhere.
