「The staff was amazing. We arrived later in the evening. The hotel is on a cobblestone street where motorized vehicles are not allowed. The hostess met the cab out at the street and helped with luggage. We had an early morning excursion and so they packed breakfast to go. In addition they made wonderful recommendations that made our trip that much better. The only thing I would note is there is no elevator so and spiral staircases so it may not be right for everyone. Other than that...
