「The ferry company cancelled the operation on 24 and 25 Dec, as well as 31st Dec and 1st Jan. This forced us to stay three days shorter than the original booking. Although I know our booking was a non-refundable one, the cancellation of the ferry operation was not our fault. The hotel didn’t return money even though we asked about it very politely and humbly. Instead, the hotel gave us an upgrade for the room, which was nice, until it turned out that the room was in the new, incomplete building...

She and her crew took our whole family (2 adults and 2 kids) on a scuba diving trip and patiently taught us how to do it. One of her employees took us on a whole island hike with great scenic views and a refreshing stop to drink fresh coconut juice. They also have little details like books about scuba diving and a chess...

「We really loved our stay at Footprints! The room was very spacious and clean and had everything we needed. The beach was also clean. They organised us scooters so we could tour the island and gave us a few tips which was greatly appreciated. Owen also helped us with the ferry schedules before our arrival. The food was a bit more expensive compared to local restaurants but it was always delicious!」
