Located in a quiet courtyard, you enjoy privacy while being close to restaurants, cafés, supermarkets, a local market, pharmacies, and public transport.



The apartment is ideal for couples or solo travelers and especially convenient if you have luggage, as there are no stairs or elevators. It features air conditioning, free Wi-Fi, washing machine, fully equipped kitchen, cozy living area, bathroom with hot shower, and a romantic loft bedroom. You’ll also find a TV, dedicated workspace, and a private balcony for your morning coffee. Pets allowed (one pet only, for an extra fee). Street parking is available nearby. Events are not permitted.



Vittorio Emanuele Metro A station is just 2 minutes away on foot, while Termini Station and the Colosseum are about a 15-minute walk, making the apartment an ideal base for exploring Rome.



**Guest Access**

• Entire apartment for your exclusive use.

• Self check-in from 2:00 PM (please inform us of your expected arrival time at least one week in advance).

• Check-out by 10:00 AM. Late check-out available upon request, depending on incoming guests.

• Passport or valid ID required at check-in, as per Italian law.

• Crib for children up to 5 years available for an extra fee.



**Airport Transfers**

Private transfers to/from Fiumicino or Ciampino available for an extra fee. On holidays (including Christmas, New Year’s, Easter, April 25th, May 1st, August 15th, and Epiphany) a surcharge applies. Please request the service at least 10 days before arrival.
