Kinda noisy outside the hotel but other from that they have really good installations, the staff waited for us Clean shower Clean room Only downside we felt pressured to the checkout so they can clean the room since 9am when check out is at 10am

The staff threatened and harassed me after I left, the staff doesn't speak English so it’s difficult to understand the instructions they try to give and expects you to follow them.

Average and hard to find.

There’s no one at the property routinely. No marking of any kind on the door or the intercom. If not for a kind delivery guy, we’d have had to find somewhere else to stay. Bed quality was poor but that seems Robbie the norm.

Description of the place is so inaccurate. The pictures or nothing like what they showed on the street view. They stated they had a laundry, which now they have taken down. There is no breakfast and they keep the door to that room locked. There was a tiny fridge in the hall that we were not told about and were nervous about using. we never saw the man who let us in again. Would not ever stay here again.

The sink was blocked all the stuff was coming out, the pillow was dirty, and the head was broken. We couldn't contact the guy who was supposed to us let in the property, the phone was off, and we had to wait outside. He wasn't friendly.

Definitely no more than 2 stars at best. Room was huge but bathroom so narrow that knees touched the wall when using the toilet. Shower was beyond tiny and shower head had to be hand held as the bar for it was broken. Check in person was rude. Tried to tell us we might have to switch rooms as someone “important” was wanting to stay. The room was decently clean but we would not stay again

Bonjour, c'est la pire location que j'ai pu effectuer. A notre arrivé alors que nous avions 1 heure de retard le logements n'étais pas prêt. Tache de sang sur le drap et une fois signalé jeter dans le placard ou l'on range nos affaires. Lavabo bouché, abattant du WC cassé tablette du miroir cassé.

Jeg hadde et opphold her på 2 netter, på privat reise. Stedet var enkelt, greit nok ryddig og rent. Det var derimot et par ting jeg ikke var helt fornøyd med . Jeg måtte bytte rom etter første natt. Kjøleskapet på rommet fungerte ikke. Det er ikke betjening tilstede, men du ringer i forkant og melder ankomst så dukker betjeningen opp. Ellers var betjeningenmeget hyggelig og ønsket å sørge for et godt opphold. Det ble arrangert transport til flyplass på kort varsel, dog ikke med noe offentlig taxi, men privat. Et helt ok opphold. Her får du en seng og et bad og et trivelig personale. Grunnen til min lave score er at jeg var nøtt til å bytte rom.

Gute Lage in der Nähe von Termini und Metro. Doppelzimmer war direkt an der Straße, der Verkehr war deutlich zu hören. Lärmempfindlichen Personen würde ich daher von kleineren Doppelzimmer abraten. Ansonst alles unkompliziert und für den Preis vollkommen ok. Frühstück typisch italienisch nur süß und abgepackt.

Pior estadia!

Mudaram nosso hotel sem perguntar, apenas informaram que houve um problema sem nos dar opçoes. O novo hotel (Castle Guest House) nao tinha cafe, apesar de termos pago por isso, e era mais distante do Termini. Alem disso, o aquecedor era desligado durante a noite, passamos muito frio para dormir, e a limpeza diaria era uma piada: nao trocavam as toalhas e ficamos sem papel higienico.

Accueil très chaleureux. La chambre est bien situé si vous voulez découvrir Rome à pied. Le petit dejeuner est parfait et si besoin, le personnel est disponible et joignable. Nous en garderons un super souvenir avec de belles rencontres.

War sehr gut. Die Lage ist super - mit den öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln erreicht man alles. Der Empfang war sehr nett und auch hilfsbereit. Die Zimmer sind groß und die Matratzen gut. Das Frühstück regional gehalten - lecker Kaffee. Vielen Dank.

Vasat

Otelin konumu iyi, ama bölge olarak iç açıcı değil. Etrafta fazla milyoncu dükkan bulunduğu için, kalite düşük. Ana caddede yer alıyor, dolayısıyla araba gürültüsü var, ama bizi rahatsız etmedi. Kaldığımız oda çok küçüktü, bu bizde sıkıntı yarattı. Kahvaltı hazır paket ürünlerden oluşuyor. Marketten kendi peynirinizi temin ederseniz, idare eder. Bence 2 geceden fazla konaklanacak bir otel değil.
