This is really good with this price. The room is very big, clean, and bright. We got huge luggage, so the little box (old- fashioned lift I guess) really helps. The reception girl is nice too. There are many restaurants nearby which is very convenient.

This was a lovely property and I would definitely stay again. The check in process is very easy. The staff is accessible but only electronically - you won’t meet anyone. The only part of that I didn’t like is that luggage storage is basically in the common space of the hotel with no staffing, so I opted into a paid luggage service outside instead. The room is spacious. The shower is nice and hot. Good little mini bar/coffee/tea area. Overall I’d stay again and for more than one night.

This property is operated more like a B&B rather than a hotel. Service was outstanding. From initial questions before we booked the room to helpfully giving us access to the property ahead of check-in times, to a comfortable stay with free coffee and croissants for breakfast, along with water and coffee and snacks available in the common area 24/7. They also had a laundry room on the same floor which we didn't use but would be convenient for families. Water pressure for the shower was just fine. Bed was quite comfortable. Air conditioner worked very well. Overall a wonderful stay!

Alessandro and the entire team is so wonderful and helpful! Every detail and answer was provided online and in real -time as needed! The view of the adjacent gardens with palm trees and the easy proximity to Termini makes this an easy choice! The Turkish embassy is within view and you can find an easy mix of Italian + Filipino + Peruvian restaurants as well as a local Pam Super market just around the corner! I loved my stay here so much that I extended for a second night!

Despite a little confusion in our initial access to the building, we were very happy with this Hotel. The room was clean, modern and well-appointed and once we engaged with the off-site support staff, access was no longer an issue. Our window opened up to a nice garden view making our stay even more enjoyable. The hotel is located in close proximity to some great restaurants which we really enjoyed. It is also not too far from Roma Termini, the Subway and the major bus routes. All in all, I would highly recommend this hotel.

We stayed 3 nights at the property. Is is an easy self check-in with clear instructions. There is coffee, water, a small kitchen, cookies and breakfast included. This is really cool! Though it didn't make up for the room. It looked like it hadn't been used in ages with dust everywhere (the sheets, the towels, on the lamps, the tables,..) and a window that didn't close properly. The most dusty room I have ever been to and not clean either. There are many things not well finished and it looked like a quick fix room just to make money. We complained about this and the next day the room got cleaned in a proper way (thank you!), Netflix worked again and we got a compensation (which was really nice). We appreciate the easy communication and compensation but the overall experience was not good.

Nel complesso comodo. Purtroppo , avendo letto in precedenza commenti delle altre recensioni , non posso dare l eccellenza per la pulizia. Abbiamo trovato diversi capelli nella doccia, mobile del caffè sporco di caffè e capelli nelle lenzuola dentro il lettino della bambina. Come struttura comoda per visitare Roma , non posso dire nulla ma per il resto purtroppo non posso recensirla ad ottimi livelli. Comodo il check in online. Sul personale non posso esprimermi in quanto fatto check in online non ho visto nessuno . Per concludere: io personalmente non ritornerei ma bisogna anche tener conto del prezzo… assolutamente onesto per la posizione in cui si trova.
