Good and efficient communication before checking in. They arranged a check-in agent to meet us on-site.
The closest metro station is Vittorio Emanuele, but we had some extra walking from Roma Termini station (about 15-20mins while carrying luggages), so as to avoid chaos in the metro in Rome.
Just a few minutes walking distance from the Colosseum. We felt safe to walk around in the neighbourhood at night.
We booked a one-bedroom apartment (with a sofa bed in the living room). The apartment was lovely and clean and had a fully equipped kitchen, which enabled us to make dinner and breakfast. Supermarket is nearby.
The apartment is just as described in the website, nicely decorated. Good heating and hot water pressure. Good wifi connection. All the household appliances were working fine.
Since we stayed for 5 nights, the washing machine did help a lot with our dirty laundry, but we have to prepare our own laundry detergent.
Overall, it’s a nice stay in Rome and we’d like to return.
