The place was very clean and we felt safe. It was quiet at night when we needed rest. The check-in process was easy eventhough we arrived after 2. We never formally checked-in because we were leaving early the next day. We wish we could have stayed longer.

I have to give a big shout out to the staff. Due to the timing of our stay our dealing was, in the main, with the cleaner who was very efficient and attentive to our needs, well done to her! However, my wife and I MUST give five stars plus to the desk receptionist Francesco who definitely went above and beyond to make our stay a comfortable and successful experience, this gentleman is without doubt a massive asset to the Four Heads private suites!!

la habitación algo pequeña, en general está bien y limpia, lo peor es la imagen que da cuando entras al edificio y la entrada está descuidada y llena de contenedores y bolsas de basura, a cualquier hora. Lo mejor la ubicación, pero no se si volvería, por esa zona hay sitios mejores

Wir hatten 3 Zimmer. Jedes ist anders. Das Bild mit dem Whirlpool ist natürlich das schönste. Leider hatten wir dies nicht! Unser Raum war feucht obwohl wir die Klimaanlage anhatten. Frühstück ausschliesslich auf dem Zimmer. Service vor Ort freundlich und stehts bemüht.Andauernder Baulärm ab 8:00 Uhr! Natürlich nicht so angenehm. Alles in allem in Ordnung!

Fint opphold

Rommet var stort og fint. Servicen fra de ansatte var upåklagelig. Frokosten som ble servert på rommet var helt ok, men savnet kanskje muligheter for grovt brød. Veldig fin plassering av rommene midt i sentrum, men endel støy fra parkeringsplassen rett utenfor. Uansett, og alt i alt, et veldig fint opphold på et veldig fint hotell.

Idéal pour visiter Rome !

Super chambre, tout confort, très propre, le bain à bulles dans la chambre est formidable, la literie est très bonne, la salle de bain est top, et le petit déjeuner est vraiment très bien, avec beaucoup de choix ! Vraiment un super séjour, et l’emplacement est top, à 5mn de la fontaine de Trevi et 2mn de la place Navonne. Idéal pour visiter Rome !

Comfortable stay in the heart of Rome

The FH suites is in a perfect location easy reach to all the tourist spots and a simple commute from the airport. The room was great for what we needed, only downside was the construction work going on at the hotel which we were not made aware of. This meant we couldn't really open our blinds unless we wanted to be greeted by an Italian builder! Meant the room was slightly claustrophobic and I missed the natural light. The shower and TV facilities were excellent and was nice to be able to access our Netflix. The breakfast was lovely and a real treat to have it bought to our door in the morning. I would stay here again and recommend to others.
