超棒的酒店
工作人員非常友善，如果你不拘謹的話可以和他們聊得很開心。酒店沒有可挑剔之處，唯一值得留意的是不一定會被安排到可以眺望聖彼得大教堂的房間，若會介意的話建議事先告知櫃檯人員。我這次入住的房間位在1樓（櫃檯位於2樓），窗外的景緻是植有橙樹的恬靜庭院，我和女友都非常喜歡。附近有兩間carrefour(express& 7/24)，添購日常用品非常方便，還有一間可愛的社區Bar，以及多間當地餐館。步行至梵蒂岡約只要10分鐘，但實際上比較接近郊區，好處是可以盡情享受在地風情，不用擔心會遇到坑遊客的餐廳。

My first time stay in the city of Rome , although this hotel seems close to Vatican City but it's located at up hill and takes at least half hour walk . However the hotel is very quiet and comfortable . Breakfast is good. All staff are very helpful .

Enjoyed a stay in a room with a view of St. Peter’s cupola. The room was clean and cosy. The breakfast in a panoramic wonderful space was wonderful.

Two MAJOR problems. My WiFI would NOT connect in my room even after the staff typed in the password so I had to use WiFi downstairs to do work on the internet! Second problem was NO TV signal. I notified staff and was informed that a specialist would have to be called in to fix signal which did not help me any as I was here for 3 nights and never did have working TV! For the priexpected!

Convenient location, with walking distance to various restaurants, cafes, grocery store, pharmacy etc. Cleanliness needs improvement. A dirty towel was lying on the ground in the public staircase early in the morning, and it was still there when we returned late in the afternoon. We also did not get room cleaning and the towels we left on the floor were not replaced. We were asked around 2:00 pm if we wanted room cleaning. When we said yes, they said actually that's not possible because the cleaning staff are almost done their shift.

Loved it! Third time staying at this property and each time is awesome ! Staff and location are perfect, breakfast is good as well and they are always happy to help. The property also has a luggage storage if you are flying late and the distance to the Vatican is only minutes walk !! If you want to stay close to the Vatican this is your best choice !

Great location! Close to Trains,Metro and walking to everything ( you walk a lot ) so 20 min walk to metro is easy. Breakfast was great! Staff was so helpful and did a great job. I would stay again

In a quiet neighborhood but close by
If you are looking for a calm place to relax when you are i Rome, then Fragrance is a good place to choose. The neighborhood is calm and quiet on the hill, close to the trainsstation St Pietra and 1 km walk to the river and historical area. If you want to explore the west side of Rome and take the train to the coast and therefore this hotel is perfect. And if you like the city pulse during day and night time but leeve the stress behind you when you sleep and eat breakfast. Choose Fragrance. It is a simple but nice, clean and friendly hotel

Simply great! So calm, 12 minutes away from St. Peters Square, and the best bed ever! I asked at the hotel for the kind of bed and mattresses and I want to buy it for my home. I have visited Rom for approximately 30 times (also in expensive ones )and in future I will definitely reside in this hote!

The staff where lovely and the place kept very clean. However the walls are paper thin you can hear everyone in every room . I was even woken up by sex noises. The rooms where uncomfortably small i stayed for 3 weeks then moved to a bigger hotel. Closer to St Peters and half the price. I think if the price was halfed it would of been a good choice but for what they charge it isnt worth it and you cam get far far better for less money

N8ce hotel , clean , but annoyed they had canclled booking for the weekend without.contacting me , so could only offer 2.of the 3 night stay so no point unpacking or getting confortable coz we had to move, breakfast is miserable, no dining or bar , close to vatican city so good to see that area rome is so big and spread out so i imagine all hotels are far away from.something , so bring walkimg shoes or use transport ,

Un hôtel comme je les aime
Nous avons commencé notre séjour à Rome dans un hôtel de ville très bruyant, impersonnel, petite chambre. Nous voulions nous rapprocher du Vatican et avons choisi l'hôtel Fragrance et nous n'avons pas été déçus .L'hôtel est élégant, le personnel de la réception charmant, aimable et serviable. Quant à la chambre, MAGNIFIQUE ! je pense que nous avons été surclassés : nous étions au 4ème étage : très belle chambre avec une grande terrasse, literie très confortable. En raison de la crise sanitaire, les petits déjeuners ne sont plus proposés sous forme de buffet ; vous devez dire la veille à quelle heure vous souhaitez le prendre et ce que vous voulez manger, le café est en libre service. C'est un plaisir de prendre ce petit déjeuner sur le Roof Top avec vue sur la Basilique Saint-Pierre. Seul petit bémol : aucune chaine TV en langue française . Mais c'est un détail, je recommande fortement cet hôtel

I made a mistake to stay in the basement where no light cane in . We overslept and loose track of time of how dark it was , specially with the jet lag coming from California . We had to start setting alarmas after our second night . Also I had hives all over my back , arms and hands which was very weird because my husband didn’t had any . Although we saw a bug in the room behind the chairs . Staff was very friendly .

Das Personal war jederzeit vor Ort und immer freundlich, vor allem jedoch die nette Dame vom Frühstück. Das Zimmer war schön eingerichtet, sehr hell und geräumig. Das Bad mit Badewanne und Fenster ebenso. Unser Zimmer war ausgestattet mit Kleiderschrank, Minibar/Kühlschrank, Wasserkocher Zubehör, einem Schreibtisch mit Lampe und Stuhl, einer Klimaanlage und einem gut zu bediene den Safe. Das Bett war sehr bequem und schön angerichtet. Das Zimmer wurde auf Wunsch immer neu "aufbereitet" und man kam daher nach einem langen ausflugsreichen Tag immer in ein wunderschönes Zimmer mit frisch gemachtem Bett, neuen bzw. frischen Hygieneartikeln wie Seife, Duschgel, Shampoo, Handtüchern und Zahnputzbechern. Das Frühstück war wie gewünscht und sehr reichhaltig mit viel Auswahl. In der jetzigen Corona-Zeit gab es jedoch kein Buffet, sondern man konnte sich auf einem Zettel alles gewünschte aussuchen und dies wurde einem serviert, um die Hygiene einzuhalten. Im Allgemeinen wurde in dieser außergewöhnlichen Zeit alles für das Wohl und die Sicherheit der Gäste sowie des Personals getan. Überall war Desinfektionsmittel parat und man hat sich einfach sehr sicher gefühlt. Alles in allem würden wir jederzeit wiederkommen und möchten dem Hotel und dem gesamten Personal von Herzen für eine wundervolle Zeit in Rom danken! Sollten wir eines Tages wieder nach Rom kommen, so steht unser Hotel schon jetzt fest!
