Gioligiò Ursa Maior owes its name to one of the three constellations most dear to my grandfather, who was Admiral of the Italian Royal Navy. It was he who bought the building when the building was still under construction in the early 1930s. Ursa Maior is one of the 3 apartments obtained from the renovation of the original building. The constellation is reproduced in the leds that illuminate the living area.
The apartment is located in the Prati district, one of the most elegant districts of Rome, 10 minutes walk from San Pietro. All the most interesting places of the city are easily reachable also with the metro line "A" (distance of the "Ottaviano" stop at 600 m from the apartment on foot).
Finely restored and equipped with every comfort, it has 2 bedrooms, 1 double and the other with two single beds that can be combined into a double bed upon request. 1 bathroom with shower, 1 bathroom with Jacuzzi, living area and American kitchen, complete with all appliances.
Possibility to have breakfast at home on request, with a separate price.
Possibility to request the private garage-box (€ 25 per day) or the uncovered parking space (€ 15 per day) if available.
